Post trauamatic arthritic pain
Kindly guide wether swarna guggulu is helpful in case of post trauamtic arthritic pain caused due to tibial condyle fracture of knee occured 21 yrs back.Allopathic doctors say that the cartilage between joints is damaged to a large extent.Is it helpful in my case and How much time do i have to take it to see any result.
