Post pregnancy hair fall
Excessive hair fall after c section delivery. I had very dense hair but now became almost bald. what to do?

Post partum telogen effluvium is what you are suffering from,which is most common after delivery.During pregnancy,all hairfollicles which are in anagen phase(growing) goes into telogen phase ( falling) stage immediately after delivery.so u need not tensed up,just take healthy food rich in proteins.
