Post ORIF of knee Osetochondrol fracture
I got operated around 16 March that is three moths ago. I had a fall while dancing and had a fracture in my knee joint on patella. Three trim IT pins where used for fixation of the chip that was fractured Now the problem is of my ROM its just 90-9(Past two moths i am doing my PT sincerely) should I go for manipulation under anesthesia.

Wait for fracture to heel completely and go for removal of pins which is most probable cause for range of motion restriction. Work for few more days as getting renge is slow process.most people can expect improvement in range of motion till 120.
