ORIF at femur distal lt. Knee stiffness
ORIF at lt. femur at distal point seven months back. Now I can't band my knee. My problem is knee stiffnee followed by ORIF,.. My local doctor advice quadriceps plasty and arthofibolysis along with good physical therapy. I have flaxitation and extension lack of my left knee. what should be my next best step or treatment for band my knee???
