I did my surgery almost one and a half month ago my day time vision is clear by soon as evening reaches my vision gets very blurry like i have some small number The same letters be it in the house or outside seem to be very clear in sunlight/ mornings Is this Normal Vision in artificial light seem to he very hazy and blur and not precision which is very uncomfortable for me Is this Normal?

Many of the times it is due to dryness. Put lubricant eyedrop hytak gold/ hylosoft 4-5 times a day. Show to your surgeon for the vision related issues.
