I have got diagnostic laparoscopic hysteroscopy done 3 months back ... was diagnosed with left tube partial block ... still not able to conceive .... what should be the next step of treatment

You still have one patent tube. If you feel you are pregnant , do an urgent USG very early to confirm intrauterine gestation. You should rule out tubal ectopic on blocked site asap.
