Hello sir/madam
Having pain after post ejacultion,and normally tip of the penis is painful, urge to urination,adding to that having pain on scrotum and lower abdomen sometimes...what may be the cause...!?

It may be due to infection of prostate gland. You can do semen culture and sensitivity test.
