Post covid vaccine symptoms
I got vaccinated on 7th may 2021 . Post midnight I got 102 fever and chills. I took a paracetamol and it went away.
But I'm experiencing severe headache on my right side persistently.
Apart from this a little nausea and dizziness is also there from the past 2 days.
Any suggestions?
Is this normally happens after vaccination or I need some medical assistance?
