Post covid recovery low grade fever
Hello, I had a mild covid with first symptom arriving on 21st April,I recovered fully in 10 days. But since 10th May I am having persistent low grade fever 99-99.5 range which comes after 3pm in the afternoon and goes away by 11-12 pm. I tried taking dolo 650mg but it is not responding to the fever. No other symptoms are there apart from low grade fever.Kindly guide me.

I recommend to tell me about your age?? Any risk factors like Diabetes, Hypertension, Smoking?Please tell me your oxygen saturation status??Please get some blood tests done like CRP, Ferritin, D dimer levels, LDH.
