POST COVID ( Recovered Patient )
My Wife has recovered from COVID and her test result is negative but doctor has still prescribed us to take Steroid ( Medrol 8 mg ) orally for a week. Is it safe to take ?

Steroids cannot be stopped at Sudden you have to taper them before ending the dose. This continuation might be a part of that. Since you have not mentioned in the above history that when you are wife for positive and when she recovered from the Covid and for how long she’s using these steroid medications.

No need to take steroid if u donot have symptims and your test results are negative.
