Sure it can be cured by proper homoeopathic medicines. There has been extensive investigation of the effectiveness of homeopathy. There is no good-quality evidence that homeopathy is effective as a treatment for any health condition. Consult at very affordable rates. Thanks 😊

You have to understand that a small amount of CO2 is necessary for the brain. If you are hyperventilating (breathing rapidly) it may lead to extremely low levels of blood CO2. Low carbon dioxide levels lead to narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain. This reduction in blood supply to the brain leads to symptoms like lightheadedness and tingling in the fingers. Severe hyperventilation can lead to loss of consciousness.
Next Steps
Limit the rate of your breathing during pranayama.... better still do it under the guidance of an expert.

It can be because of wrong techniques of breathing or yoga. It can be because of residual effects of the damage caused by the virus. It can be because of nutritional deficiencies. Correcting these one by one will help.
