Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have recovered from covid a month back, that time my CRP was 29, later it had come down to 5 . Now since last 5-6 days I am having heaviness in left side of chest and slight pain so I checked my CRP it's 25 again, D dimer is 350 & Ferritin is 25. Pls suggest any medicine or further tests.
