I was diagnosed with covid 2 month back and i had pneumonia ct value 7/25 so i was on sterioda for 18 days. Now my spo2 is in range of 97 to 99. Can i start my workout like running . Weight training?

need to start slow and keep monitoring  respiration rate and oxygen saturation level. stop exercises if  feeling uneasy or breathless

Start with  low intensity exercises and performing any activity for 5-10 minutes a day then gradually increase duration and intensity if you are capable
