What you read on Google does not match with your symptoms- Avascular necrosis of hip has groin pain and limp while walking. Other joint pains after Covid are almost normal and should improve with adequate hydration and symptomatic therapy. You can get an orthopedic consultation to get greater clarity about your issue.
