Post Covid
Hi Dr. 19 days ago I was tested covid positive and after that I was treated at home. Current situation is that almost all symptoms gone except weakness is there and I am feeling feverish since last 3 days. But on thermometer it shows normal temp. My oxigen level is +-97. Very low coughing also I feel. Any advise on this?

Please eat nutritious food and hydrate yourself sufficiently. Include lots of fruits in the form of juices or whole. The weakness will gradually improve in the next couple weeks. Also walk for atleast 15 mins everyday,helps prevent bloating. Rest as much as you can,take afternoon naps too Gradually you'll start regaining energy. Continue the multivitamins you were using in isolation for the next few weeks too.

This is called post Covid syndrome, the weakness and other mild symptoms will improve gradually. Just maintain good protein rich diet, include eggs and lots of fruits n vegetables in your diet. Continue multivitamin supplements for few weeks
