Post Covid Fever - My Mom Tested Covid Positive On Apr 21St

My mom tested covid positive on apr 21st & after one month of recovery also she is getting fever 99 to 100 sometimes in a day. She is feeling weakness during temperature raise otherwise no other issue. All reports are normal. How do we tackle this . Is it normal fever or we have to check for something else in the body.
