I was diagnosed with Covid 19 exactly 2 months ago. I recovered with medications in a week and was feeling fine afterwards. In the last month, I travelled a lot, ate food from outside and had food poisoning (4 weeks ago) which was also cured within a week with medicines.
Since 4-5 days, I have started feeling a lot of weekness and fatigue without any physical exertion. I also have tightness in my head and my eyes get tired very easily.
I have a bit of sore throat and my ears are clogged. I do feel mentally exhausted too.
Are these causes of concern or just post-covid symptoms?
Please help!
