Possible PTSD/Anxiety
I was raped in September 2017 and have been experiencing panic and anxiety attacks every so often where I will shake and cry a lot, find it hard to breathe, and experienced chest ached. A recent panic attack that happened two weeks ago on a Saturday lasted 2 hours.
