Possible acid reflux or heart problem
So I've believed I've had acid reflux because I always seen to get pain in the upper part near my arm, kind of like a ball pain, i take acid reducers rallying thinking that's the problem and I get the pain in the same exact spot well today the pain was unbearable and I get home I'm feeling tired and I check my blood pressure which is normally regular around 119/70 and now I'm getting 108/57 do I have an issue I should worry about I don't know who to turn to.

Meet a doctor in his/ her opd and let him examine you. Get a 2D Echo and stress test done. We will be able to rule out structural and ischemic heart disease. If both are normal we can investigate for gastroesophageal reflux disease
