Portal vein issue
So I had a gall bladder surgery in December and now after 4 months I had an ultrasound this came up. Is this serious ? LIVER: 14.3cms, normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesions noted. No intra hepatic biliary dilatation. CBD appearS normal in course and calibre. Main portal vein- normal calibre and shows hepatopetal flow. Segment-VI branch of portal vein shows decreased calibre showing no color flow uptake - chronic thrombosis.
