Hello dear. There are different kinds of scars - blemishes or the coloured scars, flat or depressed scars and hypertrophic or elevated scars. There are several treatment options depending on the type of scars. For the blemishes you can opt fro peels or Nd Yag lasers. For depressed scars there are several options ranging from peels, lasers, radio frequency micro needling, subcision, etc. depending on your scar profile. As for the open pores, a combination of peels and micro needling radio frequency works good. I hope I have helped you to some extent in your dilemma. Take care.
