Hi You get affected when people don’t give you the respect you deserve. From what you have mentioned it seems like you are a sensitive person. You often have thoughts about what people think of you. You want to be happy and less sensitive. You are a caring person and you can be happy. To feel better consult a psychologist. With a psychologist you can talk about how often you feel emotional. You can also talk about your lifestyle, family, and energy levels.
