Poor diet while breastfeeding
Can a poor diet without any prenatal supplements impact the quality of breastmilk? I hardly get time to take care of myself...m worried if my breastmilk is nutritious enough for my baby?

Absolutely, after all, human milk is formed from nutrients from your body, which in turn is healthy as long as you're taking a good healthy balanced diet. Also,it's mandatory for you to take iron, calcium and vit D supplement till your baby is 6 months old, because at that age,you need to wean the baby from breastfeeds.
