Poor appetite and low immunity of baby
Hello doctor
My baby is 2years 7months old and she doesn't eat only takes 300ml milk and sometimes fruits and bread and
when she go out and play with children often gets ill but she is very active
I am giving her alfasa syrup 3times a day but didn't see improvement please suggest some best tonic for her poor appetite and low immunity
