Poop problem...
This sounds super bad and I'm embarrassed to say this, but my poop has not been normal and it's scaring me. It comes out as only diarrhea, but it's all oily. Like, when you look inside the bowl I see oil particles floating. Earlier, I farted on accident, it went trough my underware and it was all oily and gross. What is wrong with me...

I think you are suffering from malabsorption. Avoid oily and fatty meals.
Take tablet pancreoflat or tab enzar forte twice a day after meals for two weeks.
Take darolac sachets one sachet twice with water for one week.
Next Steps
Get your stool examination done.
Also get one USG abdomen, and CBC done
