Poop n vomiting
My baby is 24 daz old..since last 3 daz she poops 8 to 10 times in veryyyyyy small amount nd vomit 3 to four times ...wat is d reason f this ...kindly suggest wat should we do ..is there any big issue

It is due to mild indigestion. Burp well after feeds to improve vomiting. Check weight. Only if weight is lost we have to treat. Give only breast milk. Is she on formula? Contact again if needed
