Baby pooping
My baby is 7 days old. On breastmilk and formula milk. Pooping a lot and the poop color is yellow but quantity is little in amount and watery which stains the nappies. Also, sometimes the poop is normal consistency. Paediatrician has prescribed him vitamin D3 1ml supplement and kidicare drops 1ml. Is the poop normal? Picture is attached

It's normal, no need to worry. Continue breastfeeding adequately and baby will be fine
