After a meal going for toilet so is there any issues for health. Poop going like green colour. Please advise what should I do?

Get a stool routine microscopy test done.  Take Tab. Rifagut (400) thrice daily after food, Cap. Providac once daily after food. Both for 10 days. Also take deworming agent Tab. Zentel (400) single dose tonight
