My baby boy who is 4 months 2 days old .. Im giving him farex from last 2 months he is pooping after every 2 to 3 days and the colour is cement grey.... Daily he is passing gasses with lot of pressure..

Always remember
Burp ur baby after each and every feed for at least 10 min
Or till ur baby take 4burp at least
Whichever is better comfortable for u
It is as Important as feeding ur baby
If u burp ur baby properly
There will be no need of any medication

Don't give much importance to motion
Just keep watch on urine output
