I have went through pelvic scan in the last month and the report says that I have a pcos but I don't have any pcos symptoms such as irregular periods, weight gaining.this time l have a missing periods for 10 days

Though you may not have symptoms usg showing pcos means there might be some abnormal process with maturation of ovum.  Please consult doctor for examination and you can also get an usg done again to confirm.

Hi, You can't be labelled as case of PCOS since you don't have symptoms of PCOS. Sometimes cysts appear and disappear later. I suggest you to check your thyroid. Missing one period is not taken seriously.
