Right ovarian dominant follicle
So  I was asked by my doctor for an USG scan of the abdomen as I'm trying to conceive and my reports stated right ovarian dominant follicle measuring 14mm..I started with my menstrualcycle on 7th August..and today is day 27..little worried after reading the report..what does it mean??and also there is pelvic abdominal clear fluid collection with thin internal septation ...are all these signs positive for pregnancy???
