Slow follicle growth & ovarian response.

Hi, I am 32 years old. I had left ovarian cyst removal surgery 8 yrs back. I am married and trying to conceive from past 3 yrs. On HSG there was a left tubal block. Right ovary has free spill. Left ovary shows Poly Cystic Pattern on ultrasound. I am on fertility treatment and cancelled IUI cycles (because each time either DF grows in left ovary and forms as a cyst after HCG trigger/Anovulation/Right ovarian follicle does not rupture and release Egg/Every time ET <6mm). Now, I have two right ovarian DFs with 16mm and 13mm respectively on Day 18 and ET 7.2mm. Is there any chance that I can still wait for 2-4 days so that DFs reach 18-20mm and try for IUI with HCG trigger? Will I ovulate to release mature egg and will this ET be sufficient for conceiving and implantation?? Can IUI be done this much late after 23 days of the cycle? Will it work??
