Hello doctor, My age 27. My both ovaries appears polycystic. One tube is blocked due to laproscopy.one tube is fine. Right ovary 32*31*20 mm. Left ovary 28*27*20 mm. Am I able to conceive naturally?

It will be better if you go for supportive treatment for infertility issue rather to wait for natural conception. As your one tube is blocked along with polycystic ovaries. Follicular study by ultrasound and some medication will increase your chance of pregnancy.
