I have pcos for four years..... Unable to get periods without using primoult n.....taking for two days every month night time...... Can I get pregnant naturally????.... First time I stopped the medication and it got delayed by two days.... Did pcos go away????? It won't come again right???? Please suggest me some diet

Hi, Just understand 0COS is lifestyle disorder. It's because of our changed lifestyle. Diet, exercise and medicines do help to keep it in control. Delay. By 2 days doesn't means u need medicines. If your cycles r getting delayed by 8-10days then u have to worry. your ideal weight should be around 50kg.
Maintain it and problems will be solved. Other thing when you wanna get pregnant, yu have to consult your doc. Chances of conception naturally are always there when you are fit and PCO is under control.
