Polio is contagious
A person with polio deformity can still spread polio to other person or is it fine to live normally like hugging and kissing cause my gf is affected with polio and have deformity in hand I heard that polio is contagious can anyone explain

No. Polio virus has already done the damage long back. No she doesn't have virus but just long lasting disability. She won't spread to you. And deformity in hand sounds unlikely of polio.
