Pointed Pain in left sid of chest.
I had mild covid with one day fever followed by smell lose 40 days ago, but now sometimes I feel pinch pointed pain in left chest and sometimes in right chest... mostly when I eat something and this pain stays for 10-15 secs. I feel that whenever I burp this pain goes but sometimes it doesn't. 2 days ago my d dimer was .2 and crp 1.3.

It may be a spontaneous oesophageal spasm causing discomfort. It has nothing to do with Covid
Next Steps
A review and Ppi like pentaprazole and Domperidone should help over 3 weeks If necessary an endoscopy is in order

Looks like gastritis pain. Use pantop 40 mg for a month

According to quality and duration of pain looks mostly gastritis ..if u have good exercise tolerance now get tmt ..n start on proton pump inhibitors like tab.pantoperazole 40 mg Empty stomach for 4 weeks
