Chest pain followed by pal

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi - I sometimes get left chest pain followed by palpitations. Ecg, Echo, tmt and holter normal. Only sinus tachycardia. Taking ivabradine 5mg twice a day for sinus tachycardia. Should I go for any other test? Sometimes I feel dizzy as well. TMT was done last year, should I repeat it?

How much is the heart rate for which you are taking ivabradine? If there is physiological tachycardia there is no requirement of rate control medications. Kindly give more attention on lifestyle changes regular exercise dietary changes look for your thyroid profile practice yoga and meditation. Kindly mention your heart rate and BP readings and consult if required.
