  4. I'm feeling Pin pointed chest pain. Big?

I'm feeling Pin pointed chest pain
It occurs in-between and very pin pointed. Sometimes heart beat is fast and feeling very lathergic nowadays. But I'm able to do workout and all sort of other works normally... Just scared of this particular pain. Please help me to know what it is and do I have to get scared big?
