Hello, the symptoms you are experiencing is due to Premenstrual syndrome which is very common. It happens due to your sensitivity to progesterone hormone in the body. Try oral contraceptives for few months with drosperinone for symptom relief. Restrict salt and water in the second half of your cycles. Evening primrose oil preparations help. Practice yoga and meditation for better results.
