Both ovaries are bulky and multiple tiny peripherally placed follicles bilaterally and increased cenral stromal echogencity ,my age is 27 ,and married ,perods are fine, we didnt plan for children ,now we want children ,please suggest ,is this a problem for pregnancy

This s a picture suggestive of pcos or polycystic ovaries..
If ur cycles are regular u need to just try conceiving for 3 to 6 months during fertile period..
However its advisable to take a healthy low carb diet and few lifestyle modifications are advisable.
If u hv irregular cycles u need to tk medications for ovulation induction and accordingly conception ll b advised.
