It doesn`t seem to be like cyst.
It seems to be a Toothlike opacity.
There are many Differential diagnosis:Cemento-osseous dysplasia,Cementoblastoma,Compound odontoma,Supernumerary teeth.
Get a CBCT done for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
Next Steps
visit an oral medicine specialist and get it physically checked.
