Asked for Male, 28 Years

My sperm count is 89.6 million n motility is 61℅ rapid progressive motility is 52℅ n non progressive is 9℅ immobility is 39℅ n normal volume is 3 ml so please tell me is this report is normal n we r trying for children from last 1.5 year n yet not succeed so please help in this wht to do, my wifes lower abd report is normal n period time is also normal so please help me in this.
