Hi doc's,
Due to my gastritis problem my ayurvedic doc gave me some medicins amondg them 2medicine he suggested
Laghu sutsekhar rasa 125mg
Amlapittantak ras
But shopkeeper gave me
Sutsekhar ras 125mg and amlapittantak yoga .
I'm confused is this medicine same as prescribed medication? Plz help me.

Laghu sutshekar is different from sutshekar. But need to evaluate more for ur gastritis problem. Many times only medicines won't help. U also have to b anxiety tension free. Good Sleep of 7 hrs is extremely essential for normal good health n it also plays a role in gastritis n it's symptoms.
