  4. Plus 0. 25 eye vision issue. Suggest me?

Plus 0.25 eye vision issue
I've checked my eyes in a optical centre whom has machine with German technology he checked my eyes and find +0.25 eye vision problem, I've read all those six lines btw. I don't have any headache, what should i do now? Pls suggest me?
