I get my grandfather (aged 77) tested for Na and K levels as he is feeling weakness and tired ...
And this is the report (attached )...
Pls suggest is this Na and K level low

Sodium is low, explains the symptoms and there are many causes which can contribute to this, needs to be evaluated clinically and with investigations. Also correction is better with IV fluids (injections). He can try increased salt diet also but might/might not work.
Most common cause for low sodium is old age which i suspect is the cause in your grandfather as well. Take care!

his potassium level is normal ,sodium is low ie mild hyponatremia AND chloride ions level is low .Causes for low sodium are many like dehydration ,due to certain medications. Its important to find out the right cause to treat hyponatremia

As per this reports sodium is low. Cannot be concluded without detailed clinical history. Please elaborate more. And as of now increase salt in your diet. Conduct an additional test - Renal Function tests ( Urea and Creatinine) and S Albumin.
