It’s appendicitis with inflammation of bowel adjacent to it. Need to start Analgesics and antibiotics immediately and follow up with definitive surgery.
Next Steps
Need to consult general surgeon or gastroenterologist for admission and prompt treatment.
CECT-abdomen also has to done asap to know the extent of inflammation etc.
