Please take your brother to a clinical psychologist as well. Only medication doesn't help. Put him in some exercise class or some other class and also make him listen to affirmations regularly. Although all of this will help, he would still require therapy which a clinical or counseling psychologist can provide. Try AIIMS in Delhi for help! We can try online consultation as well. But please go for therapy.
