Spleen is normal in size and echogenicity. (11.9cm) Both Kidneys are normal in position, outline and echogenicity. No evidence of calculi or calyceal dilatation is seen. Right kidney measures 8.6cm; left kidney measures 9.7cm An echogenic foci (size-9mm- 10mm) noted in right kidney No retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy noted. There is no evidence of ascites. The Urinary Bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness. No evidence of any trabeculation or diverticulumn are noted. The Uterus is normal in size(67x43x28mm), shape and echotexture. Endometrial echoes are normal. IMPRESSION:- • Hepatomegaly ⚫ GB cholesterol crystal An echogenic foci noted in right kidney -? Calculus ? DJ stent Please correlate clinically and with NCCT KUB
