ULTRASOUNDWHOLE ABDOMEN
The
Liver is enlarged in size measuring 175cm and smooth in outline. It shows a uniform echopattern. The intrahepatic biliary passages are not dilated. The portal vein is nonmal in calibre.
The Gall Bladder is normal in size, has normal wall thickness with evidence of non mobile echogenic focus causing streak artefact measuring 5.9mm noted along the anterior wall of GB. The CBD is normal.
The Pancreas is normal in size and echogenicity. Its outlines are distinct. No obvious focal lesion, calcification or ductal dilatation is seen.
Spleen is normal in size and echogenicity. (11.9cm)
Both Kidneys are normal in position, outline and echogenicity. No evidence of calculi or calyceal dilatation is seen. Right
kidney measures 8.6cm; left kidney measures 9.7cm An echogenic foci (size-9mm- 10mm) noted in right kidney
No retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy noted.
There is no evidence of ascites.
The Urinary Bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness. No evid
