There may be some hidden infection...need to know clinical history...as sugar is in diabetic range need proper consultation.rft is normal

There are many abnormalities.
Blood sugar is high. (They should also have done HbA1c and Blood sugar F and PP.)
Neutrophils are high.
Alk PO4 is high.
Urea is at upper limit of normal.
Most probably he is suffering from uncontrolled Diabetes and uncontrolled Hypertension.
